Our translators
Our services are provided by a pool of professional translators, qualified and accredited following a careful evaluation and selection process.
We work with a pool of over 4,000 accredited translators, under the direction of a Language Services Director.
All our procedures, methodologies and e processes related to the recruitment, qualification, management and assignment of translators to the services are conducted in accordance with our Quality Management Manual, verified by internal and external audits, management reviews and continuous monitoring of quality objectives.
Each of our translators owns the following qualifications:
• A university degree in translation and/or at least five years of full-time professional experience in the field of translation.
• Relevant expertise and qualifications in the specific industry/topic
• Excellent ability to meet deadlines and fast deliveries.
• Be a native speaker of the target language of the translation.
Each translator assigned to a translation service is therefore a qualified professional and expert in the subject matter and language combination required, a native speaker of the target language.
The code of conduct, the confidentiality and privacy obligations established by the standards of our profession are applied in the management of all our translation services.
Tools and technologies
We use a variety of tools and the best technologies to make every translation service easier, more effective and more convenient.
The entire service cycle is carried out through our internal management system, from the rapid identification and assignment of the tasks to the most suitable translators to the final control and invoicing. It optimizes operational efficiency by distributing tasks, monitoring the status of the work in real time and ensuring timely delivery, with detailed analysis for each job, project or customer.
We use the best computer-assisted translation software (CAT) and generative AI-based linguistic solutions to improve translator efficiency and accuracy with features such as translation memories, terminology database connections and quality controls. These tasks are in any case aimed at assisting human translators in carrying out their tasks.

Each service is assigned to a project manager who will take care of it during the entire production cycle:
• identification and assignment of tasks to the most suitable translators, matching their skills and availability with the project requirements.
• The translation is carried out by a first translator, with the support of our translation tools
• The translation is then reviewed by a second translator
• Adding and further work, if required, such as legal certification or graphic or DTP processing of the document.
• Final quality check and delivery.
Something else to know
We apply rates based upon the number of words contained in the text, with prices ranging from € 0.06 to 0.15 per word, depending on the language combination, the topics and the delivery time. Increases on these rates may be applied for services that require additional tasks, such as the processing of graphic texts and tables, or the digitalization of documents in non-electronic formats.
